Happy Sunday!

SBUX is one of those stocks that is constantly in my portfolio.

In 2025 alone there have been 14 wins from 14 trades with a total realized profit of $1,334, and this is one of those many trades.

People have also been asking about my next options course in 2026. I'll likely be sharing the link to indicate your interest on 26 October, so do look out for that in this newsletter if you're interested.

This week:

  1. $100 profit in SBUX

$100 profit in SBUX

This is the oldest trade in the portfolio that I mentioned in the portfolio review for August, but I didn't have space to fit it in last month, so here's a late update.

SBUX has a slight dip after earnings, so I took the opportunity to sell the $85 cash-secured put expiring Sep 19 for $100 in premium upfront.

The market rallied in August and I decided to let this trade run and take a little more profit, I eventually paid $60 to close the position resulting in $100 realized profit (about 63% of max profit)

Trade #140 (SBUX) closed with a $100 profit. The drop in volatility and a rally led to gains in 10 days. Text notes trade details.

As mentioned SBUX is one of those positions I seem to always have on this portfolio.

In 2024, profits from SBUX alone was $2,035 from 9 trades and $1,725 from 18 trades in 2023.

As always all the trades within this portfolio are updated in close to real-time to my private community (not recommendations). While I do share my own profit targets, they can of course be adjusted to meet your own risk profile as well.

You can find out more about my private community at the link below.

Even though this week's update was a profitable trade in SBUX, the stock has been on a bit of a slump recently and I just had to roll a recent trade.

I will of course share that with you when the trade eventually resolves itself.

Have a good weekend!
